Scan Solutions Incorporated (SSI) was founded with a mission: eliminate the pain points of scan down payment processing in the alcoholic beverage industry and beyond.
We saw the gaps, slow payments, and confusing reconciliation, and decided it was time for a better way. We built a smarter solution designed specifically for alcohol suppliers, distributors, and retailers.
Today, our platform processes scan down payments with speed and accuracy, delivering clear data and real-time insights to every partner.
Our Story
In 2016, SSI started as a small business founded by two couples who saw firsthand the challenges the alcohol industry was facing. The scan down payment process was outdated - payments were slow, support was limited, and the process was more complicated than it needed to be.
They set out to fix that.
What began as a simple idea has grown into a powerful platform with a streamlined process, an easy-to-use portal, and a responsive team that’s always ready to help. Today, SSI proudly serves more than 700 suppliers, distributors, and retailers in the alcohol and regulated industries.
Their growth didn’t happen by chance. It’s the result of dedication, customer-first service, and a whole lot of heart.
